Warrenty
KJ Supply ApS grants 2 years' right of recourse for private persons and one year's right of appeal for business under the Purchasing Act, including fabrication and material defects found in the normal use of the product.
The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention.
Payment:
Payment for ordered items can be done online using Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Eurocard (MasterCard), and Paypal -

When paying by card, no transaction fees are added. Payment for ordered goods can also be made by bank transfer. By bank transfer, the buyer is not covered by objection mechanisms. Payment for the products is made in connection with shipment. The amount is withdrawn on the buyer's card when the goods are shipped. There can never be a larger amount than the buyer has approved at the time of purchase.
Delivery time
Delivery time is usually 1-7 business days from order delivery. Longer delivery times may occur in connection with public holidays.
As a starting point, all the goods in the webshop are in stock. In rare cases, however, multiple simultaneous orders of the same product may mean that we can not fulfill all orders before we have got the product back in stock. In that case, the customer will be contacted immediately and informed of any longer delivery time.
Returns:
You always have a 14-day return on goods purchased from KJ Supply's website. Return duty is calculated from the day the goods are received. That means you have 14 days to notify us that you regret the purchase and then 14 days to return the item. If you regret a purchase, simply return the item to the same condition and quantity as you received it. You can also return the item by personal delivery to us. Once we have received the item back and approved its return order, we will refund the item's price to your account within a few days. Shipping costs are not refundable
Return of used goods
You can undo a purchase even if the item has been used.
An item is only used if used in addition to what is possible by testing the item in a physical store. Upon receipt of used goods, we make a concrete assessment of what the item used can be sold for to another consumer. In these cases, we may refund the price of the item. less impairment.
Return of goods takes place at the buyer's expense and risk.
Prices
All prices are ex. VAT unless otherwise stated.
Privacy Policy
Our cookies only collect information that can be used for statistical purposes (like seeing how many visitors have been). All entered data is only used to deliver the item to you and we will only contact you if something should be wrong. None of the information will be given to some third parties.

Errorr
By "Erros", "inappropriate" or "alarming" displays on the website, we ask the consumer to contact info@kjsupply.dk and describe the incident and attached documentation, after which KJ Supply ApS will investigate the process and return as soon as possible.
