Exchange & Return
We offer 30 days full return at KJSupply.dk ApS. If, as a customer, you wish to return or exchange defective items, these are sent together with a copy of the invoice to the following address:
Upon receipt, we will return the purchase price to your bank account if the requirements for our return policy are met. If you want another or other items, simply create a new order on these via our site or by e-mail. By keeping the old and new orders separate, both parties ensure the fastest delivery time.
All exchange and returns are processed within 2-3 days of receipt.
If you have sent an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the mail you will receive information about the further process of processing your withdrawal / complaint.
Return policy / cancellation right:
If the goods are returned and the right of withdrawal is used, this can only be done if the goods and packaging are returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it, i.e the product must not be scratched, defective or similar.
The product may be unpacked and used as long as you can return it in substantially the same condition and quantity.
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
The customer must pay for the return freight himself. If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in real use.
The right of cancellation therefore lapses if you use the product in a manner where it is quite obvious that the use significantly reduces the value of the product. As the original packaging may in some cases be a significant part of the value of the product, it may mean that the item can not be considered returned in substantially the same condition and quantity if the package is not included. Therefore, always remember to store the packaging until you are sure you want to keep the product. For products in blister packs that can not be closed without destroying the packaging, the right of return will of course still apply.
Goods returned to UNFRANCO or upon request are refused. You should ship the item properly packaged - together with a copy of the invoice, and please state clearly that you wish to make use of the right of return and that you wish to receive a refund of the purchase price. We recommend that you return the item via PostNord.
Repayment of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back to us. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you use your right of return, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.
